Double XP event for vips. And add some launches like vip laucnh etc where vips can restore health and armour etc.

Ahhhhhhhhhh So its ok in our server there is no xp there is score i whould like to tell u that can we add xp in the server then cia=15000xp, fbi=5000,army =25000xp.

Yeah but there is already cop rank with some amount of arrests when you arrest somebody your coprank increases and you go to the next class/skill/level
